Genuine issue waterproof bag originally designed as a liner for the infantry rucksack.

Totally watertight fabric (the HH is off the scale) but no seam-sealing so ingress through seams and opening if submerged.

Closure via a basic tie and toggle.

Could also be used as a large stash bag for kit, sleeping bag etc.

Recommended.

Note: grade 2 will have holes in, so not suited for keeping dry!
